"I had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience with this State Farm agency, largely due to how my policy was handled. While Henry was polite at times, his handling of my account involved prolonged delays, inconsistent explanations, and a complete lack of transparency around my billing. My auto policy ended up being inflated by over 50% compared to what I was originally quoted. I was paying nearly double each month and only continued doing so because Henry repeatedly assured me that the issue was related to billing and effective-date errors from reinstating coverage, and that credits would be issued once corrected. Based on those assurances, I continued paying. It was not until the final month of my 6-month policy that I was finally told—and shown in writing—that my policy had allegedly changed. Until that point, my policy notices did not clearly disclose any CRI-based change or justification for the higher premium. Despite the lack of timely disclosure and months of reassurances that my premium had not actually changed, I am now being told that I am responsible for the higher amount. Throughout the policy term, the issue was repeatedly described as “under review” by underwriting with no ETA, even after the policy ended and I had already overpaid by hundreds of dollars. Clear answers were avoided, timelines were missed, and responsibility was repeatedly shifted. This experience reflects poor communication, misrepresentation, and a failure to properly disclose material changes to a policy. It is well below what I would expect from a major insurance provider and an agency entrusted with managing customers’ policies and billing accurately."

"Henry g was extremely helpful to a miscommunication I had with the claims department today and that they did stop the claim payment because of a simple question of verifying the account that it was going in and it was a very simple question which led Abby in the claims department to prompt canceling my claim payout and issuing me out a check not knowing how long it's going to take now to get funds for my total loss to my vehicle but thankfully Henry g has prompted emails and phone call conversations that deescalated the situation I was dealt with this morning I just wanted to commend Henry g's performance on what a productive lucrative and professional person he is he made a bad situation turn into something that maybe typically should have been handled that way in the first place I think dealing with things digitally these problems are very concerning because it puts the customer at risk on reversing claims losing money having things done that you don't request or you don't want done Henry explained everything in a very professional manner and this is intended and committed to his professionalism and I want to thank the whole entire Glen Cove team at State Farm along with Henry g's colleagues with problems that have come up they are very truly taking care of any situation quickly professionally and satisfying me as a customer I do want to wish everyone well and I hope you find this message to take into consideration their professionalism and in turn compensating somebody if they were up for a promotion again speaking very highly of Henry g"
