"I had called to discuss the "scores" given by the safe & save module (i disagreed with two of the elements. She was extremely receptive and more importantly, assured me that I shouldn't be penalized in any meaningful way to jeopardize my (auto) premium. She also allowed to to "rant" about specific NYS driving laws vs using common sense. Not only was she courteous and attentive to my concern. She was a pleasure to speak with. Thank you Elana! "I can't recommend State Farm and agent Bryan Rabanal enough! I filled out an online quote request, and Bryan called me within 30 minutes. From the start, he was confident he could not only match my current GEICO rate but beat it...and he absolutely delivered.
Within about an hour, I was saving over $80 a month, with better coverage and more benefits than I had before. Bryan made the entire process incredibly easy. He walked me through everything, even helping me cancel my previous insurance, so I didn't have to stress about a thing.
He was fast, knowledgeable, thorough, personable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. You can tell he knows exactly what he's doing and comes ready to get the best deal possible for his clients.
