"I've been a driver for over 20 years using companies like Geico and Allstate for car insurance. I have to say , I never had a memorable experience with any agent until now. George is my agent and has been so on point and responsive with everything I've needed. From changes like buying and selling our cars, to adding renters and more, he was so quick to process all of our request and is always quick to respond to my emails with questions. "I recently discovered that I was being insured for a vehicle that I didn't own and was more expensive than my current vehicle. Once I notified my State Farm Agent Henry G., he quickly reviewed my case, notified the appropriate department of the error and then kept me appraised throughout the correction process until the problem was resolved. Henry G was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process."

"Finally…. I switched insurance agency! It was very easy and swift. Bryan Rabanal, took care of me. "Finding reliable vehicle insurance in NYC is becoming more tedious and frustrating. I've been driving in NYC for a little over 30 yrs. Over time, I've had several car insurance companies insure my vehicle. Some insurance companies were mediocre at best, others I will never go back too. It seems that I'm either looking for better rates, or in between purchasing a different vehicle when an insurance company decides to raise an already high rate. Recently, I had to insure a vehicle, after tirelessly, searching for an Insurance company. I rememberd the excellent service State Farm had provided me years ago. Fortunately, I called the State farm office of Lucas Zelehowsky in Long Island, NY. I spoke with Henry one of their agents. I can't say enough of how helpful, quick and efficient it was to get insurance that day. The staff at this office spoke personally to me, addressing every question and concerns I had. State farm maintains a family friendly- like disposition. I was given the fairest rate, especially being insured in NYC. I highly recommend this State Farm Office, who went above and beyond. Henry and Elena aided me with DMV documentation. Other insurance companies would have had me log in, make an appointment for this. "State Farm really are those insurance people! I called in today because my insurance policy was set to cancel at midnight tonight and I just did not have the $337 they needed me to pay to avoid a lapse. I got some advice and reached out to State Farm to see if they could offer me a lower up front price and then just cancel my insurance with the current company altogether. Honestly it was not what I wanted to do but it ended up being a better deal! Plus I was able to speak to a real person and not an AI Chatbot in an app...Bryan Rabanal helped me out BIG TIME! He helped me avoid a huge insurance lap fee and possibly registration suspension. Thank you SO MUCH BRYAN!!!!"

"I’ve been working with Henry the last few months. I made several adjustments to my policy which took a while to go into effect, and left many issues with my billing. During this process Henry had constantly been updating me and staying on top of the changes within my policy. He has gone above and beyond to ensure my case is being worked on. As a customer he makes life easy, not having to make 5 phone calls a day to figure out what’s going on. Constant updates and follow ups. Highly recommend working with Henry!"
