"I had called to discuss the "scores" given by the safe & save module (i disagreed with two of the elements. She was extremely receptive and more importantly, assured me that I shouldn't be penalized in any meaningful way to jeopardize my (auto) premium. She also allowed to to "rant" about specific NYS driving laws vs using common sense. Not only was she courteous and attentive to my concern. She was a pleasure to speak with. Thank you Elana!
